Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before booking a reading, purchasing a digital product, enrolling in a coaching container or course, or otherwise using any service offered by Th3 Journ3y ("Th3 Journ3y," "I," "me," "my," or "the Practitioner"). By booking a reading, making a purchase, checking a box at checkout, or otherwise engaging with any service offered on this website, you ("Client," "you," "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not book a service or make a purchase.

These Terms apply to all offerings, including but not limited to: All readings (live and recorded), the Identity Collection (CHOICE, Shedding & Becoming, Initiation), spiritual coaching and coaching containers, the HOMECOMING book, the 50 Things ebook, workshops, live events (including ROOTED and in-person readings), and any digital or physical products sold through Th3Journ3y.com or affiliated platforms.

1. Nature of Services

All readings, coaching, courses, digital products, written content, and related services provided by Th3 Journ3y are offered for spiritual, educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only. They reflect intuitive, ancestral, and spiritual guidance and are not a substitute for, and should never be relied upon in place of, advice from a licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other regulated professional.

Th3 Journ3y is not a licensed therapist, counselor, physician, psychiatrist, attorney, financial advisor, or any other regulated professional in the course of providing these services, regardless of any credentials held in other capacities. Any resemblance between spiritual guidance offered and clinical or professional insight is not a substitute for that professional's care.

You should never use a reading, coaching session, or any Th3 Journ3y content as the basis for:

  • Making, delaying, or avoiding any medical or mental health decision

  • Making any legal decision

  • Making any financial, investment, business, or major purchasing decision

  • Diagnosing, treating, or predicting any illness, pregnancy, or death

  • Deciding whether to end, begin, or remain in a relationship

  • Any decision affecting your safety or the safety of others

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact 911, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or your local emergency services immediately. Th3 Journ3y is not equipped to respond to emergencies.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Outcomes

Readings are channeled through intuitive impression, claircognizance, oracle cards, and ancestral communication. This process is inherently interpretive and is influenced by energy, timing, free will, and factors outside anyone's control. No guarantee is made or implied regarding the accuracy, specificity, or outcome of any reading, forecast, or piece of guidance, including 6-month and 12-month forecast readings.

You acknowledge that the future is shaped by your choices, the choices of others, and countless variables that cannot be predicted with certainty, and that any timeline, prediction, or forecast offered is a reflection of energetic potential, not a guaranteed event.

3. Client Responsibility & Free Will

You retain full and sole responsibility for every decision, action, or inaction you take, whether or not it is connected to a reading, coaching session, or any content provided by Th3 Journ3y. Guidance offered is intended to support your own discernment, not to replace it. Th3 Journ3y will never instruct you to take a specific action and does not accept responsibility for decisions made based on a reading or session.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book any reading, coaching session, or purchase any product or service. By booking or purchasing, you affirm that you are 18 or older. Services are not knowingly provided to minors.

5. Scope of Readings

To protect the integrity of the work and the wellbeing of clients, the following limitations apply:

  • Readings do not include specific medical diagnoses, predictions of death, or answers to pregnancy-related health questions.

  • Readings regarding third parties (a partner, family member, coworker, etc.) reflect only your energy, perspective, and connection to that situation. Th3 Journ3y does not read on behalf of, channel messages "at," or make representations about a third party's private thoughts, actions, or consent.

  • Readings are not conducted for the purpose of assessing legal matters, criminal cases, or missing persons situations.

  • The Practitioner reserves the right to decline or redirect any question that falls outside the appropriate scope of this work, including questions that request guidance more appropriately suited to a licensed professional.

6. Booking, Delivery & Session Logistics

  • Recorded readings are delivered within 3 to 5 business days of purchase, arriving via the email or method specified at checkout. Most recorded readings run 15–20 minutes; 6-month and 12-month forecast readings run 30–45 minutes.

  • Unless otherwise specified by you at booking, forecast readings will begin at the month the Practitioner's spirit team indicates, which may be the current month or the next.

  • Live readings and coaching sessions are booked for a specific date and time. It is your responsibility to show up on time, in a private and distraction-free environment where relevant, and with a stable connection if the session is virtual.

  • Late arrivals to live sessions will not receive an extension of session time; sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time.

7. Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Live sessions may be rescheduled with at least 6 hours' notice, subject to availability.

  • No-shows will forfeit the session and are not eligible for a refund. No-shows who reach out within 24 hours of their missed appointment may rebook with a fee set by the Practitioner.

  • Th3 Journ3y reserves the right to reschedule a session for reasons including illness or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a new time will be offered as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered and agreed to in writing.

  • All sales are final. Due to the personalized, time-intensive, and intuitive nature of readings, coaching, and digital products, no refunds will be issued at any time.

  • If a technical issue prevents delivery of a recorded reading or access to a digital product, please contact info@th3journ3y.com within 7 days of purchase so the issue can be resolved.

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting Th3 Journ3y to resolve the issue may result in the Client being barred from future bookings and purchases.

9. Coaching & Course Disclaimer

Coaching containers, workshops, and courses (including the Identity Collection and any spiritual coaching offerings) are educational and developmental in nature. They are not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. Results, transformation, and outcomes vary by individual and depend on your own engagement, circumstances, and effort; no specific result is promised or guaranteed.

10. Confidentiality

Information shared by you during a reading or coaching session is held in confidence and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties, except: (a) with your written consent, (b) where required by law, or (c) where necessary to protect the safety of you or another person. Th3 Journ3y may use anonymized, non-identifying details from sessions for educational or marketing content only with your consent or in a form that does not identify you.

11. Intellectual Property

All content created by Th3 Journ3y, including but not limited to reading recordings, written guidance, coaching materials, the HOMECOMING book, the 50 Things ebook, the Homecoming Altar Kit™ materials, Substack articles, course content, and all branding and frameworks (including The Soft Power Method™ and TSPM™) are the sole intellectual property of Th3 Journ3y and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly share, or create derivative works from any purchased content or recording without prior written permission. Purchase of a reading, course, or digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable license for your own individual use only.

12. Assumption of Risk & Release

By booking any reading, coaching session, or engaging with any Th3 Journ3y product or service, you knowingly and voluntarily assume any and all risk associated with participation, including emotional, spiritual, financial, or relational outcomes that may arise from guidance received. You release Th3 Journ3y, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses connected to your use of these services, except where such claims arise from gross negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct, which cannot be waived under applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Th3 Journ3y shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to emotional distress, lost income, lost opportunities, relationship outcomes, or any other loss — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, any reading, coaching session, product, or content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any circumstance where liability cannot be fully disclaimed under applicable law, Th3 Journ3y's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Th3 Journ3y and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of any service or content, or any decision or action you take based on guidance received.

15. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

If a disagreement arises related to these Terms or any service provided by Th3 Journ3y, both parties agree to first make a good-faith effort to resolve it directly and informally before pursuing any formal action. Most concerns can be, and are expected to be, resolved this way.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled on an individual basis only, and not combined with the claim of any other client. Any formal proceeding will take place in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, and both parties agree to that venue.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where superseded by the Federal Arbitration Act as applicable to Section 15.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Changes to These Terms

Th3 Journ3y reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your booking or purchase governs that transaction. Continued use of this website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Th3 Journ3y regarding your use of its services and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
