Root One: Identity
Root one brings you face to face with the identity you subconsciously inherited — the beliefs, roles, and patterns you never chose. Then it walks you through the quiet, intentional work of deciding what stays and what goes. This is where you meet who you were before the world got to you. -

Root Two: Ancestral Veneration
Root two begins with a truth: your softness, resilience, intuition, and knowing are much older than you. They were carried to you, through generations. This root guides you into a living relationship with the ancestors who walk with you — learning to honor them, discern their guidance, and trust what your lineage has always known.
